Minimum order with dual pricing

I am trying to find the download module for minimum order. I went to http://www.modyourzencart.com/free-o...n-order-amount but the download does not work for me. I got "file" which I cannot read anyway.. Most of the stuff regarding the minimum order on that web site does not work for me.. Any other place I can find it?

well I got it downloaded, but when I followed the instructions, it still lets me check-out if I am under the limit! it shows the limit O.K.
What am I missing?? Please help..

If I ever get the minimum order working (right now I can check-out with amount that is less than the minimum, even though it tells me what the minimum is !) how will I set a different minimum for the wholesale class(es)?? Right now I'll be pleased if someone tells me what I missed in the set-up. I installed all the files in correct folders, run the SQL O.K. Instructions told me to change 2 files (tpl_shopping_cart_default.php and /MyTemplate/shopping_cart.php) but both files were as it said to change it to so I did not touched them!!
