I have a client who desires to have their shopping cart save (as an option) their customers credit card info so that during subsequent visits the customer can quickly check out without having to re-enter all of their credit card information again.
Can zen cart do this or is there a mod to allow that to happen?

Your client would need to spend tens of thousands of dollars to make her servers PCI compliant before she could store CC data.
One way she could offer that convenience to her customers would be to offer Paypal as an option.
Not only the web server but this data CANNOT be stored on a server that is accessible over the WWW...Quote:
