My Store tab not shown in configuration group in admin

today i installed zen cart 1.50 for a new site, i get an issue
when i go to admin->configurations, i find all other configuration group except My Store
if i directly go to http://site.com/my_admin/configuration.php?gID=1, the my store page is there, but it doesn't shown in admin configuration group
is this normal for zen cart 1.50?

No, it isn't normal. I would re-upload all the admin folders and files.
