Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Hi
I am not sure why this happens but when i click on a image to enlarge it, the lightbox works but the background is not faded like sample.
i.e the image sits on top of the page and the rest of the page is the same density
Is there anyway I can fix this as I want the product to stand out and the rest of the page to be darkened

Fixed my own problem
Had a nanner on the front page and that was causing the problem

I have IH2 installed, and have installed Lightbox.. When installing lightbox, on the product page, the entire page doesn't display.

It cuts off write at:

<div id="productMainImage" class="centeredContent back">
<!-- bof Zen Lightbox v1.4 aclarke 2007-09-15 -->

There is NO html code below that. If I overwirte with the original tpl_modules_main_product_image.php file from my template, everything works fine.. I can't find a bit of code in the lightbox modified file that would cause this. Any suggestions?

Fixed that previous issue. A file had not uploaded correctly. HOwever, now no lightbox displays. When you click on the image, it loads the full image directoy at http://straightrazordesigns.com/images/image.jpg.. I've double checked now and all files were uploaded correctly, and Lightbox is turned to on?

It seems that in the headers there is no reference to the JS files. Was there a file that was supposed to be overwritten that I missed? Or do I need to insert the references for those JS files manually?

Hi,

Installed Lightbox(updated) for zencart on my site... but I have run in to a few problems.
first of all it load the additional images, but I found out it was because the file names were to long?!?
Now I have created a new product and created the small, 1 x med image and all the large images... all in their correct folders. The problem is that when I click on the thumbnail I Lightbox is not displaying the large images..but one of them it does?!?! I have checked the size of the Large images and they are all the same size, I have cleared IE's cache to make sure that wasn't the problem, but still no luck.

Any help would be great as my site has to be live by next week when my advertising goes live.

EDIT: I have just checked the site, if I hover over the thumbs at the bottom... all but one link to the small image and not the LRG file?!?!?! could this be a setting problem or an error with Lightbox?

Looks to me as if you have not loaded the large images correctly.

There is a normal image:

a medium image:

but no large image:
http://www.badluckclothing.co.uk/ima...ge/cry_LRG.jpg

Check you have all the files correctly uploaded and named.
