v.1.5.7 to v.2.0.1 upgrade cannot place orders from customers page, only new customer

I upgraded from v1.5.7 to v2.0.1 and had quite a few bugs in my 1.5.7 database that had to be cured, just tried to enter an order over the phone from an existing customer and it goes into a loop at the customer login page.

I have a ton of error logs, but here are the most common:

It looks like it is PHP 8 related warnings. You can try to downgrade your PHP from 8 to 7.4 or so, and see if any helps.

Never mind, minimum requirement for zc 2.0.1 is PHP 8.0. You cannot use PHP 7.4 for zc 2.0.1 anyway.

Why is there still an /includes/languages/english/index.php? That's been replaced since zc158 with lang.index.php.

I'm getting 500 error log files per day - kinda becoming a part time job

UPDATE: I can do orders from Customer page for some customers. Probably customers that added themselves after the upgrade, but I havent done a full check on that due to the size of the customer database. Maybe if I could get some of these error messages resolved it would go away
