Recommend a shipping module?

I just have the zone rates one which works mostly pretty good. I can set prices that are pretty close. It gets really tripped up with international (I'm in the US). Eastern vs. Western Australia are wildly different as well as different parts of Canada. Is there a module out there that can estimate shipping cost very well? Ideally, I'd like customer to have UPS and USPS as options to choose from. Currently I choose for them. Not sure how hard this is to do. Thanks

Ceon Advanced Shipper is the Swiss Army knife of shipping methods.
Support may be zero from Ceon, but it is still worth the purchase.
