I understand your problem.
"browser developer tools Console"...that's easily discovered...look for the Developer Tools in your chosen browser, one of the section is called Console. That section shows a multitude of messages/errors every time you refresh the page.
You are obviously not a novice so I'm suprised you are not aware of this, it is a primary tool.Steve
