I have another error log showing up and just need guidance on how to correct it please.

This is the message:

Please remember to include current ZC and mod versions. This is based on 2.1.0 with the latest bootstrap.

You should have includes/languages/english/bootstrap/lang.account_history_info.php.

Yep, that's a bug in the Zen Cart base (including zc210) as there's no easy way of creating an order that doesn't have a shipping method (you need to check that separately).
