Attribute Pricing Help

Good Afternoon,

Using the latest version of Zencart V2.1.0, and struggling to get the attributes working smoothly.

One example is on a product page with four different options for the given product; where ideally we would like the customer to be able to select just the one variation that they require.

Have tried using "checkbox", but it allows the customer to select all four options, and if they do this and add to cart, it allows all four variations to be selected and added to the cart for the one price, instead of the price x4. This means they would get 4 items for the price of 1.

Ideally we only want the customer to be able to select just one option on the checkbox; whereas if they selected one option, and then decided to go for another option by selecting the new option (other checkbox), the original checkbox that they ticked, would then become "unticked" with the new box they ticked being the only one highlight and ticked, meaning only one option could be choosen.

Have also tried using a radio box, but with this option, all 4 variations are ticked in blue by default (even though the default attribute pre-selected is set to NO.

If only one of four options may be selected, you want to use a radio button, not a checkbox.

Thanks swguy for the super quick reply.

Did try using a radio button, but after doing this all 4 options where defaulted with a blue tick, and you couldn't untick or make any changes.

Also, the "default attribute pre-selected" option was set to no.

Also tried by making one of them set to yes, to see what happened, and all 4 were defaulted with a blue tick as well.

Are you sure each of the option values was under the same option name, like in the Color example I posted?

Each option value was under the same option name like the example posted.

The only thing we could try would be to delete the attributes options name, values etc, and set up fresh again.
