Brand new install on my host to test out 2.1.0. with PHP 8.4. Initially everything looked fine. But after installing Clone a Template, I noticed that Bootstrap was completely missing. I thought Bootstrap was core now. I am uploading a fresh download of 2.1.0 just in case I had an older copy (was already on my drive).

So it appears that more than that is not working. There is no configuration screen for IH and Bootstrap is completely missing.
I am deleting the entire install and starting over from scratch. Not sure what went wrong.
