Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I am using zen 1.3.8a.

Copied all files as told on the server.

But when I run the Install.sql, I get this error:
1146 Table 'pianoin_zc1.configuration_group' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT @cgi := configuration_group_id FROM configuration_group WHERE configuration_group_title = 'Zen Lightbox';]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I have the same problem. Does some kind man can tell me how to solve it? Thanks.

I just installed Lightbox on my 1.3.8a version. I followed all the stept, I installed the sql file but have one problem. When I click on a image in order to enlatge it, now it has no effect. It does not enlarge anymore. I'm using IE7. You can test my problem here:

Any idea why?

i have ih2 and ajax image swapper installed.

i just installed zen lightbox 1.5 but it does not work.

any compatibility issues i should know about?

Hello, i have problems installing this.
I uploaded the "includes" folder (after changing the subfolders with my template name).
Then i went to "tools-install sql patches" in admin panel of zencart and copied in the big box the text of the file slimbox_install.sql and i get this error:


i aldo tried the code for version 1.5 of a message here up but it doesnt work anyway..

Do i have to do something else or what i do wrong?

I also had this error after pasting the content of the sql file in the big box:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/sqlpatch.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am having trouble with my installed lightbox ... i seem to have everything in my admin ... and I can see it when i hover over CONFIGURATION in my admin panel ... but I'm not sure that the sql install went ok, and I'm wondering if there is something else I need to do to get my lightbox working ... there were no errors.

There seems to be two selections in the configuration menu for zen lightbox as well, the second of which showed up when I installed the sql ... not sure what went wrong ... anyone know what the problem might be?

I see it in the configuration menu. But it doesnt work.

Hi Folks,

Wondering if I can offset Zen Lightbox to display the FIRST additional image, instead of the original image first, then the additional.

Main Product Display shows 'example.jpg'

I want zen lightbox to display in this order:

'example_01.jpg'
'example_02.jpg'
'example.jpg'

I need help with slimbox installation. I use 1.3.8 Zen Cart Basic version. I downloaded fual_slimbox_lightbox_v0-1-5. Unpacked the zip file to the zencart root directory. In the slimbox file I renamed
includes/modules/MY-TEMPLATE-FOLDER
includes/templates/MY-TEMPLATE-FOLDER
(just two, right?)
Next, I am supposed to copy the "includes" directory to my Zen Cart root directory.

But I already have includes directory. It has many more files then the new one! By overriding that directory all these other files will be gone! I am confused on this step. WOuld anybody can explaine me, pleaase....
