you delete all the files for lightbox you uploaded, then you use the uninstall sql to remove the lightbox totally.

See the main reason that some of those themes don't work is that they are custom made and mixup the code to suit their purposes. They also have no idea what add-ons a person has installed so sometimes the files they send are overwriting the files that have the coding...like in this case the lightbox files.

that is the only hard part of this software...the add-ons and playing nice with custom themes.

I sometimes use double quotes in my Item Name. This item name shows up fine in the store. When viewing the item with Lightbox JS (large image) it truncates these strings when I have a double quote in them? Any ideas?

I use an asterick also and sometime a double one and it hasn't done that...sooo

could it be the length of the name or does it do it with all names

what is the size of the popup image?

Thank you so much for all your work. Instructions were easy to follow and it worked like a dream.

For interest sake... this was installed on a TemplateMonster template and there are no problems with it running at all.

Great mod. I would like to use on the index.php page, located at the root of the directory, zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007. Currently, I have installed only image there using the Admin - Catlog - Catagories/Product method of image insertion. Will this mod work if placed in zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007, where the hub file, index.php is located?

I hope the mod can be used from the location, http://images.webhosting.com/catalog...=65_66&pID=180. This is where the index page comes into play.

I just uploaded this module to 2 of my sites. The first one it worked great and looked really good. The second one I got an error when I uploaded the sql query.

This is the error I got:

Success 4 statements processed.
Error ERROR: Cannot insert configuration_key "" because it already exists
Warning Note: 1 statements ignored. See "upgrade_exceptions" table for additional details.

Under configuration in my admin the Zen Lightbox also comes up empty.

Not sure what to do about this and I would appreciate any help I can get.

In the store with the errors...did you remember to add the prefix if any?

Try running the uninstaller in the admin section of your store then

go to myphpadmin to run the installer in the SQL tab of the actual database. Sometimes that is what we need to do.

Come back and tell us what happened.

ok, I uninstalled it in the admin.

In phpmyadmin do I import the install.sql or do I rename the install.sql into install.txt and then cope the code and paste into the sql query in phpmyadmin?

Ok, I made the install.sql into a text file by renaming it to install.txt and then ran it in the query and it worked!!

I just hope that it hasn't messed anything up with soemthing else.

Do you know if it should affect anything else in the database?

I am just puzzled with why i cannot use the lightbox contribution after installing seo urls. I wan't both the contributions to work together. My site is located at lustrejewel.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
