Stock 1.3.9h + 2 digit rounding = no joy
Still not getting international shipping estimates
Tried 10:0 and 10:1 in shipping settings.
Tried removing/installing all shipping modules.

Shipping to "Canada, Alberta, T0M 0L0" from "Oregon, 97223" only shows "Store Pick-Up".

I've installed this new module and have a problem with shipping to countries without zip codes-- specifically ireland. I'm not getting usps rates for Ireland. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Update, I removed the min char restriction on postal codes so it now returns a true empty postal code instead of zeros. The new error is

-2147218052 - The ounces field must be less than 5 digits

The weight of the order is displayed as"Weight: 0.24lbs"

Update two: I saw there were two versions of the mod and so I installed version c. I now get no rates again-- no error message about weight.

Change the round to 2, now that you have the right module installed ...

Make sure you did the REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configuration *after* you loaded this code to the server ...

That was the fix-- I needed the most recent version of the mod and I needed to update the line of code with
"$shipping_ounces = zen_round..."
