Problem With customertestimonials add on

Since upgrading to 1.3.0 I have been unable to persuade the customer testimonials add on to work. I am getting the following error:

Cannot instantiate non-existent class: contentboxheading in /home/*****/public_html/catalogue/includes/modules/customer_testimonials.php on line 35

Any ideas what may be causing this?

basically ... this means that the way the mod was written requires upgrading to work with the newer cleaner templating system....
