Stock ?

Is it mandatory to have the stock field when inputting products ?

Are we able to remove this from the admin ? As we already use a stock databse at our shop, and don't really need the stock to show on the site.

The field is always there. you could disable the display- but, the Admin does not have template overrides.

So you have to have a figure in there no matter what ? I guess it won't hurt to keep stock figures twice :)

You don't 'have to' enter anything in the field. It's allowed to be blank.
