store will not check out

store will not check out

Our store will let you add products add your info to purchase then at continue it gets stuck and will not process the order. I just upgraded it and it still will not work!

Any help would be appreciated as to why this is happening.

Your Products have no weight ...

Does 0 weight mean Free Shipping?

If so, install the Free Shipping freeshipper Shipping Module ...

If not, change the setting in the Shipping/Packaging for 0 weight ...

We use flat rate shipping. So we should not need to assign weight right?

That is correct ...

Be sure in Shipping Packaging to set:

Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
0= no
1= yes

Then be sure that when you look at the Modules ... Shipping ...

You have Flat installed and have it Enabled ...

Also check that you do not have any Zones installed that is blocking it ...

Ok I was wrong We have shipping set up by table rate. By price not weight.....

People have ordered before. That is what I do not get, it just now will not allow people to purchase.

It now lets you get to the Delivery Information page but then will not continue
