Sale Price by Attribute

Hi all,

I'm having trouble figuring out how to set a sale price on a specific attribute.
All my products are Priced by Attribute, and I have lots of products in lots of categories that use the same attribute.

Here's exactly what I'd like to do:
I have a store that sells book and cd combos, and book and tape combos. Nobody wants tapes anymore, so we are discontinuing them. I want to sell them at 50% off. I have book and tape combos in many categories, on many products.

I'd like to be able to apply a 50% discount to all products with the "Book & Tape" attribute.

Here is a link to the site:

Thanks,
Bryan

Re: Sale Price by Attribute

I'm interested in doing the same thing. A client sells music where each product is offered in either the physical or virtual (download) product. They'd like to offer a sale on downloads only during their "holiday breaks". Any ideas out there?

Re: Sale Price by Attribute

Be sure that you are using the right settings on the Sale and that you activate it ...

Deduction: 50.0000 Percent
Pricerange: $0.00 to $0.00
Specials Condition: Apply SaleDeduction to Specials Price - Otherwise Apply to Price
