can Zen Cart do these?

Hey gang,

I have a customer who requested the following features in a shopping cart. Is there anything here that Zen Cart CANT DO? Sorry for being so verbose but this is the list I got and I'm not sure who to ask.

Cart Needs

·Returns/Exchanges

·Backorders

• Ability to track items on backorder by order number, product, or customer name.
• Receipt generation when backorder is mailed.

·Inventory Management
- Low Inventory Report and ability to set product low for individual products.

· Ability to offer free shipping or free gift on purchases over a predetermined value.

·Shipment notification by e-mail when order has been shipped.

• Retail customers to receive 10% off once logged in.
• Ability for customers to track their orders when logged in.
• Registered customers to receive points for purchases made, which can be used
  towards future purchases.

·Sign up for customers to receive e-mails a predetermined amount of time before a special occasion such as birthday, anniversary, etc for themselves or others that include a discount code that can be used for a predetermined amount of time.

· Discount coupons that can be of predetermined value and can be tracked.

• Ability to see costs of goods sold by day and profit after taking out cost of goods sold for the day.

·Report that shows total inventory by product as well as total dollar value of inventory.

• When inventory is received in stock, the ability to enter number of items received and price of each item.

· Sales tax report to account for all Nevada sales viewable by day, month, year, etc.

·Video capabilities – upload a commercial like QVC
