help question Tracking down an error

Strange one I just saw pop up and am having a hard time tracking down the issue or what file I need I need to restore. I all seemed fine till I deleted a few Test Accounts.

I added some Pictures but if I'm on the "Core Home Page" and click on a "New Customer" the information is messed up, If I co to "Customers" and click on the "Customer - Edit" it's normal.

For the life of me I can't find the error.

Not a major problem, just bugging the heck out of me.

    Thanks In Advance

Forgive me for not recognizing what may seem obvious. What about the second image is seen as unusual or wrong?

Ask I see rat may be unusual is that the black box on the right may not line up as might be expected...

Our is it the alignment of the check boxes in the overhead area on the right side?

Do things improve if you zoom out? It may be possible also that page specific css or the current screen resolution may be the "source" of the issue.
