What's the best way to create links? 1.3.7

Hi All,

Did a search on 'links' and couldn't get anything to really help me to figure this out. I saw a link about a 'Link Mod' but not sure how that works.

Anyway, trying to work on creating more links on my site and not sure what's the best way to go about it. Right now I have one link on my site which I created an EZ page for called 'Friendly Links', but somehow I don't think this is the best way. Especially as I continue to exchange links with others.

Any advice on this?

Using ez-pages to create external links is a standard way to do it.
