Why no order record in the adminhome after payment cleared? (ctopay module)

I use credit card gateway to receive money. but after customers finished the payment, i can see the payment arrived in the CC account but there is no order record in the adminhome? does anyone has this problem? thank you!

If you were to tell us which gateway that would help. Better still as search of the forum for the gateway might even provide an answer.

I doubt that anybody outside China is using that payment module and there's been no discussion of it on this forum. I suspect that you'll need to go to the Chinese Support Site for help on that.
