Google checkout responsehandler test asks for password

I am trying to add the Google checkout module. When I run the responsehandler test, I get prompted to enter user name and password. It's not supposed to do this, correct?

I tried following installation instructions as best as I could, but don't really know what to do next. I am pretty sure that my shared hosting package uses PHP 5 with CGI. I've tried setting the htaccess Basic Authentication Mode to true and false and created the htaccess and password files with supplied script.

Really really hope that someone can help me with this!

Re: Google checkout responsehandler test asks for password

Excellent. I misinterpreted documentation.

If I do have CGI PHP, should http authentication be true or false? (It akss for password in both cases).
