Installing Google Checkout

I know I probably ain't the first person to post this but, I could not find it on a search of the forum.

Could anyone point me to documentation on how to install the Google Checkout Module onto Zen Cart that is on a remote shared server?

I downloaded the zip file but, did not see any installation instructions within the file. Thanks a bunch!

There should be 2 files included in the zip file one called INSTALLATION and one called README. If you have already opened those and still have your question, try this:
