i've just had to disable Google Checkout ...

When Google Checkout is active it adds a "checkout button" to the shopping cart (see attached file). This is too early in the sales process and customers who use it can buy before registering their details and do not go through the Zen Cart Checkout process. I need the checkout button to appear at step 2 in the checkout process! :dontgetit

Running on Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8
and Google Checkout Module Version v1.4.7

I'm now wondering if I made some minor error during the instalation of the Google Checkout module, but the module actually works!?

Is this a common problem and what causes it - any help gratefully received!

This is not a problem, this is in the ToS that Google requires you to have in order to use their payment service. Similar with Paypal Express.

OK, I think - can you offer an explanation as to how transfl1 in his post "Google Checkout problem. (new-be)"(thread 121662) earlier today in this forum, who has a site using the same version of Google Checkout as me, has a radio button on page 2 of the checkout process, just where I want to have one? (Mind you he does have a problem- perhaps you could offer him some advice?)

Perhaps he is violating the Google TOS?
