Group discount minimum order quantity?

I'm wondering if there's a way to require group discount members to purchase a minimum amount of products, or weight better yet in my case... before they actually are able to check out with the discount or check out at all.

Does anybody know of a way to do this?

I would like how to set a minimum amount of products for the members with group pricing as well. Could anyone advise me on this?
