URGENT I've been hacked - can't access my site

Sorry for duplicate post. I think I've been hacked - I cannot login to my site and when I try to reset my password it doesn't recognise my email address.

my site is janealdridgecards - username JaneAldridge. I need for the site to be restored so I can access it - or at least taken offline so no transactions are placed whilst being resolved.

My additional problem is I've had a system crash (unrelated) and I am currently without access to my ftp system so cannot take my website offline myself - I'm trying to resolve this with my host server.

I haven't upgraded my site recently and don't have any addons installed.

update - I've restored my ftp update connection and managed to take the shop offline - but I need to know how I can restore access to my site - or otherwise to disable it completely and start again as an absolute worst case scenario - I'm assuming Zen Cart can help me restore access?
