strange page in define pages editor?

Server host says they have updated!? Host is Plesk On Ramp.

Hi - I am trying to update my site, and have had issues with hackers in the past. Not sure if this page under: tools/define pages editor is something that someone gifted me with or if it is supposed to be there. Can you tell me?
