1.3.9c Vulnerability in Advanced Search?

We just received an email from McAfee notifying us of a vulnerability in advanced search, a cross site scripting vulnerability. I have searched high and low but have not found an available patch for the newest update... is this something that has already been address or is there a patch that will be issued?
