hack attempts on these 2 zc files

This is probably old hat to you guys, but I noticed these 2 attempts in my error log today, the record company hack I know, but the second attempt is in the thumbs.db which I didn't see anywhere in the forums....so I though I would mention it here.

my site looks ok

[Sun Jun 20 20:55:33 2010] [error] [client 67.219.51.79] File does not exist: /xxx/xxx/xxx/www/admin/record_company.php/password_forgotten.php

[Sun Jun 20 20:55:33 2010] [error] [client 67.219.51.79] File does not exist: /xxx/xxx/xxx/www/images/Thumbs.db.php

same guy 2 days ago:

If you upgrade to v1.3.9d or higher, you won't get those messages anymore because the visitor will be greeted with a 403-forbidden message instead.
