Buy It Now & Add to Cart Buttons?

Is it possible to add a "Buy it Now" button in addition to the existing "Add to cart" button?

I haven't been able to figure it out on my own.

Allow me to clarify.

I'd like to add a BUY IT NOW button that bypasses the cart and goes right to checkout.
