It is about time we get all myTemplate (custom templates) associated files like 'Shipping>myShipping', English>myEnglish> ' etc etc under one folder > Templates> myTemplate.

Approve every mod that is submitted that within the zen code ruling, otherwise reject them. Allow easy mod/plugin install like wordpress.
Just my 2 pennys... I'd like to see the themes offered online at least all have a snapshot image. And all have more consistent listings.
When browsing for a theme for your ZC you shouldn't have to download the theme file to see what it looks like nor should I have to wade through a forum to find a screen shot or even a decent description.
There are some great 3rd party sites that offer many different themes for free as well as paid and that's great, but the free themes on the ZC site can be a real annoyance to wade through to find something. Several of these 3rd party sites even use Zen-Cart to categorize and display and facilitate the downloading of the themes they offer. Making the end user experience better than what the ZC site offers.
I think this also speaks to a level of professionalism as well. The current mod section just seems very lack luster and not well organized. It's definitely not the worst I've seen, but it could stand a little improvement. :D
I really don't mean to criticize here, I'm just pointing out something that I've long thought should be improved. I like ZC a lot and wish to see it flourish and this is something that I think would enhance a newbies experience with ZC.
