Problem Disabling Coupons & Gift Certificates

Hello, I have read the posts regarding disabling coupons & gift certs, and have read that the path to do this is in CPanel is /includes/modules/order_totals

To do this, I am supposed to hit the "remove" button. However I have no buttons that say either "remove" or "disable". Please advise where I would find this? I can only see a delete button. Do I need to reinstall zencart? I am currently using version v1.5.0

Go to your Zen Cart Admin ... not your domain's cPanel ... and go to the Modules ... Order Total ... and click on Gift Certificates ot_gv and click on REMOVE ... and click on REMOVE ... then click on Discount Coupons ot_coupons ... click on REMOVE ... and click on REMOVE ...
