Adding page_5

I have spent hours on this and after following 7 pages of another thread, I finally got the page_5 to show up in my admin - configuration but my page 5 is blank. If you go to my website http://melissadavisphotography (dot) com/templatesforyou I am trying to add page five up top where you see "SALES". If you click on that, it's blank: http://melissadavisphotography.com/templatesforyou/index.php?main_page=page_5

I don't know what I'm missing. I'm still doing some looking, but I thought I'd ask for some help too.

Thank you for that! I went back into each file I had edited and copied and pasted them again, making the changes I needed and It worked!
