templatemonster - Connecting nav menu to my categories

I bought a zencart template and just found out how to change my nav menu titles - tools/ezpages.

However I have created 5 categories including sub-categories and they are not connected. How can I connect my categories/sub-categories/products to the nav. As right now the nav's names have changed but it's not connected to these categories.

One additional question is that I want to add a drop down menu on my nav which will include the sub-categories. As I've only been able to find the nav menu in the admin -> tools/ezpages is there a way in the admin to add these sub-categories for a dropdown menu which may/may not already be coded.

If I understand the question, you would use the internal link option to your category when you create the new EZ pages.
