easy_populate_csv_for_zencart_v1.5.x_v1.2.5.7c

I just installed Easy Populate, but I do not see it in Admin->Configuration->Easy Populate to configure it. Do I miss any steps or files when installing it?

When I go to "Admin->Tool->Easy Populate", I click install and I got successfull installation.

Please advice me what I should do next.
