Multi Cross Sell

I just installed Multi Cross Sell for Zen Cart V1.5, but I cannot installed it from Admin. When I click on "Install" button from Admin, I receive the following message: "WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.". Please let me know what is going on.
