Exporting All Customer and Order Details

I have the username and password for admin control panel, how can i export all my customer data and all order details.
Appreciate any pointers

Export to what, and why? A little more information about exactly what you want to do would help.

I use version 1.5.4 and would like to know best way to do it to export the contacts to Constant Contact

I have 1.3.8a cart and would also like to export the customer database to a spreadsheet format. The purpose being that we all use them for offline email newsletters that run independently of the store. I wondered if there is some kind of conduit I can instal that would let me do this. And having the order information accompany the customer contact info in the export some how would also be great as requested in the post. Thanks in advance.
