Can I set the default currency to HKD?

Is Hong Kong Dollar (HK$) one of the options?

If not, is there any way to show the currency as HK$? Payment method shouldn't be a problem, I guess, as I'll be using Direct Bank Deposit. I just want the currency to be shown as HK$ throughout my Zen Cart website (including the checkout pages).

in the Admin -> Localization -> Currencies
Click add currency enter the information for HKD and then on the bottom select "Set as default (requires a manual update of currency values)"
