hello,
I have a site who is functionnal since 4 months : https://www.ios.fr
A customer send me a mail because he had a message : "HTTP 500 – Erreur interne au serveur" when he click on the button "order".
I vérify with a customer account created 4 months ago and i have no problem ; everything works.
I try to create a new account without problem (everything was tested 4 months agos, i had several orders and I made no change since).
I try to buy items with this account ; eveything ok till I click on "order" : the same error as my customer.
And more, since this trial, my old account doens'nt work anymore...
I try :
php version : php 5.5 ; I try 5.4 without success.
the data base : all the customers account, old or new are similar.
the files : I use the "responsive_sheffield_blue" template and I put the original zencart and rsb files, also without success.
Now, i ask myself if there is a problem at my provider ???
Anyone has an idea ?
