Question about Shipping Rates

Is it possible to have a book mail shipping rate for zone 1 and a priority shipping rate for zone 1?
So when they check out, they can choose which one they want?

Yes. It may require cloning one or more of the shipping modules to ensure that all options to be available can be presented. Effectively whatever options are made available by a module that is active at the point of checkout should be presented for selection.

I wouldn't know how to do that myself, I wonder how much it would cost to hire someone to set that up?
