Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

I may have just fixed it. I started snooping around and there is a imagehandler configure file that I had to tell where my ImageMagick installation is.

It appears to be functioning now, although it's hard to tell since it was random before. I'm going to continue to test it for a while before I trust it.

Ok, so now everything is displaying correctly, but it's not properly resizing new images. Grrr.

I'm assuming it's an Imagemagick thing...

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

OK, so when I set my ImageMagick convert location I thought I should turn off the GD library, that was a mistake. I turned GD back to "autodetect" and now resizing works.

The small and medium are working for me
(Although the medium is smaller than the small)

Right click on the image -> properties
They are coming from bmz_cache which is IH2

Are you saying that you are seeing my images that I added with the image handler?

Are you talking about additional images?
How did you upload the images?
Did you name them correctly?

I've installed Image handler 2 version 2.0, but for example if I have 2 product with the same start title the image of one goes on image of other.

Example:
castle of dragons
castle of kids

How can I fix this?

for example

castle of kids
castle of girls

and 1 product for each images what is the solution?
I would to mantain the name castle in each image for example
castle_of_dragons.jpg
castle_of_kids.jpg
castle_of-girls.jpg
also for the search engines in this way also images are indexed.

In this case I have to create a directory for each different product?

Does your products have additional images?
If not you can turn this off and will take care of the problem.
If you need to additional images what about....
boys_castle
girls_castle
dragons_castle and so on.

ThanksPlease read the article again.. You cannot do what you are trying to do without getting the result you are reporting. If you name your files this way Zen will consider them as the main image and additional images for only ONE product because the images BASE NAME is the same. (in this example you provided "CASTLE") Again please re-read the article.. I think it does a very good job of how Zen treats images, and how the NAMIMG of those images affects how Zen treats the images. In short, you need to RE-NAME your images so that zen does not associate the images from one product with a different product. (again I strongly suggest you re-read the article again to get a complete understanding as to WHY this is)

Really not a IH problem.... it's how the javascript reading the code.
Your are using double quotes ( " ) in your image names instead the word inch. You tired to escape it but doesn't work with image names.

Hi, My first post, not sure if this is the correct place to do it, but getting desparate........

I am having problem running Image Handler 2 with Lightbox. The image handler2 fancy hover feature stopped working after installing Lightbox. I'm running 1.3.8.

This is my first time posting, please forgive me if this question has been answered. I've been googling and reading all morning long and can't seem to find my answer. I'm not as savvy as I would hope to be in this, so I'm searching for an answer that is kinda easily understood! :laugh: Anyways, it's about my IH2. I installed it a couple weeks ago, and everything was going well. I just noticed today that a customer mentioned when they clicked on the previews of additional images to view them larger, the pop up came up showing the original preview!!! I was shocked and checked, and every additional image pop up is doing this! They show tiny and cute like they are supposed to, the proper preview, but upon clicking them, they are always their original image. I am not sure where to go to find the answer, how to fix it, or anything of the sort! :no: Any help would very much so appreciated!

I have just transferred my site from hosting running on PHP 4.4.9 to hosting which uses PHP 5.2.6. Now none of my images display. They are all PNG files out of the need for full transparency.

I have cleared the cache and reinstalled IH to no avail.

Is there a way to force my hosting to use PHP 4.4.9 via HTACCESS? I am sure this would fix my problem.

Hoping someone can help me? Ididnt make a directory/file for images I uploaded to my site. The images are now being used for a special I am running, but when I go to my site, I get a warning message that says I have non secure and secure information on my site.

My question is, how do I find the path to the images to stop the warning so that the images display properly???

Someone please help....lost!

I installed IM2 successfully. In admin side I can upload the large/medium/small images and I can see the them as well but in product_info_display page only the main image is showing not the additional images. Please help me how can i show the additional image in product_info_display page.
