Several Install Problems

Ok i got this installed and had installed a older version a while back with no problems but this one keeps messing me up, i get it installed and here is what i get

I did this its fine

i chmoded it to 444
and got this:Fatal error: Unknown(): The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object. Please ensure that the class definition <b>navigationhistory</b> of the object you are trying to operate on was loaded before the session was started in /home/thegolds/public_html/includes/application_top.php on line 425

so i messed around and couldnt fix it no way , so then i deleted the whole thing and reinstalled and got the same three but this time i tried to fix this first

now on the older version i installed had no problems , it was on another site which i have since sold , but this one has be befuddled, im ok with php but far from expert

p.s. oh am installing the newest version by the way and admin seems to be ok

ok now this is showing up

So no body knows how to fix this?

Please have a little patience- your second post was at 4 something AM my time- so not eveyone is wide awake at the same hour. :wink2:

Looks as though you may have some missing or corrupted files. I would suggest delete all of the files and the dabase and start from scratch.

and i did it by the book correct permissions ect..., never had this before

how are you uploading your files?
did you download a new distro folder incase you got a bad download?

via ftp , yes have tried 3 different downloads all the same

what ftp are you using
smart ftp isnt really that smart and screws up more that it gets right.. LOL

you might want to upload the entire zip file and unzip it using cpanel filemanager
