Sold Items Not Shown! HELP!

I have upgraded to 1.3x. We have sold several order, however zen cart does not tell me what has been sold. The invoice and packing slip only show the total. I do not know what to send these people. What is going on here!!!!

What payment method was used?

If PayPal ... go to Modules ... Payments ... write down all settings ... remove and reinstall and reconfigure ...

Tested. Everything else looked fine. Let's you go through the entire order process no problem.

I think I've done this about 5 times now.

Doesn't matter when your dealing with NEW orders.

There are an awful lot of things to test here.

What happens if you make a purchase with Check/Money order ... does it work?

Do you have v1.3 or v1.3.0.1 on your site?

I used this 'zen-cart-v1.3.0.1-full-fileset.zip' Which was the latest zip at the time. I don't have checks/money orders setup, as I prefer to use paypal.

I went ahead just now and setup Money Order/Checks and did a test. Works! I also did another test with paypal, and it works as well.

I still need to see what two people ordered from my site. I logged into the database and looked at the orders table and identified the orderid of the two missing orders. Then I looked at the orders_products table, there are no entries for these two orders!!

They have already paid me! This could mean that I have items, that these people bought that may still be active at my site and someone else may buy the same thing. This is all unique one-of-a-kind goods, I can't sell two!

How do I find out what these people bought?

If PayPal is working and Check/Money Order is working, I am not sure why the order would have failed for these 2 customers when you say it is working for you ...

You will need to contact them and see what they ordered ...

Be sure to test a few orders with PayPal to help ensure your site is in fact working fine now ...

It seems to be working now, but it was not working last night. The only change I made was enable Money Orders. I then disabled MoneyOrders and it still works. I'm not convinced the problem is completely gone.

I read on another post, that there can be a timing issue with the PayPal IPN. Is this possible here:
