Adding separation lines in category box?

Hi there! I am a bit new to Zencart but have been learning a lot from these forums. I have looked for the answer to this but can't find it, or I am looking in the wrong area. I would like to see if I can find a modification to add separation lines in the Categories box, like this website has http://www.bloomworksoaps.com/store/

Any help or advice is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!
