NEWBIE: Admin Panel Not there!

Hi

I have just uploaded zencart everything went fine.

I can get on to the stre page but when I clicked the link on the final set up page that should have sent me to the Admin login there was nothing there.

Should I have a copy of the stre both on the normal server and the https pne or am I missing something I can not see anything anywhere that answers these questions thanks in advance

Are you sure to have uploaded all the files to your FTP ? It's possible that some missing files might be involved. In the mean time, did you read the DOCS folder's installation instruction files regarding the files permission ?

• Which PHP version and mySQL version are you using ?
• Under which root folder did you uploaded Zen-Cart's entire content ?
• Could you post your URL pointing to your zc_install/techsupp.php file ?

The store address is https://www.londonexpo.com/store

When I type in https://www.londonexpo.com/store/admin.php it does not exist neither does it on https which I can understand as there is no file on there named this.

I have activated ssl supprt would this make a difference.

I no longer have zc_instal file on the server as it said to delete it which I did

No biggy. Simply find your zc_install/techsupp.php file, from your local PC, and upload it on the root folder of Zen-Cart. From there, I will take a look at it.

You are simply using the wrong URL:

INVALID: https://www.londonexpo.com/store/admin.php
VALID: https://www.londonexpo.com/store/admin

The site loads a little bit slow but I'm sure you'll manage. :smile:

I have also had the http and https folders merged which hopefully mean I will not have to load 2 versions of the store now.
