Category Name (2) - Removing the number?

I've tried searching for the answer to this but had no luck. I'd like to remove the number of products that shows up at at the end of the category.

Ex:
Categories
Tastes of Texas (2)
Other (17)

I've all ready turned off Show Quantity in Stock in the Product Type section but that didn't help.

Admin section - > configuration - > My store - > show category counts - admin (last one on that page). Change from 'true' to 'false' in the edit window.

Since you're talking about changing it in your store area, not the admin area, you want to adjust this one instead:

Admin->Configuration->My Store->Show Category Counts

Well I feel silly now. I've been picking through the php files all morning trying to find that code. :blush:

The developpers tool kit, under the admin section - > tools - > developpers tool kit will save you lots of time rather than digging in the codes. In addition, from that page, you have many categorized ways to seek what you might be looking for - by a single name key. :wink2:
