Backend Order Entry

Hi all, I'm a Zen Cart newbie. The store is up and running fine, but I'm hoping someone has already solved this problem, and I can just find a module for it somewhere.

We need to be able to enter phone and mail orders into Zen Cart to have one central order and customer database. I know this was raised in a previous thread, which is now locked in Archives:

In that thread, Merlinpa1969 mentions "mass order update by DWNO". I can't find anything like that. What I'm hoping for is a backend module so the admin can just enter the orders, including credit cards, in one interface. Alternately, a frontend option that bypasses registration/login would be great.

Can someone turn me onto some nice existing solution for this? I didn't see anything in the downloads that looked like what I need...

As has been stated many times, you are better off using the front ens and either create a customer account, or use a store account,
if a customer has an account use the master password option

I searched the forum pretty thoroughly for keywords like backend, order, mass, phone, etc., but that old thread was the only relevant one that came up. Thereby, please excuse me for not having found your recommendation having been "stated many times".

My first post...

I'm using the front end for order entry, but when I get to paypal to process the card, I can't use the API to tell the cart the order has been paid. (Phone orders use virtual terminal).

How can I complete the order? Triggering the order confirmation and such?
