I need to ship within the Bahamas only with a flat rate of $10.00. I can't seem to limit shipping and payment to the Bahamas only. I have read all that I can find and asa result am very confused. Can someone help or point me in the right direction, please?

FINALLY, All I seem to do on this site is ask questions and am not able to answer any until now. My turn to give back a bit. Hope its not too late for you!!
I do something similar with initially limiting orders form the US only until recently due to a large amount of credit card fraud coming from overseas. I now allow orders from US, UK, AUS, and New Zealand.
Here is what I did on the initial US Only.
Open your admin panel and go to LOCATIONS/TAXES
Go to ZONE DEFINITIONS in the same LOCATION/TAXES MENU.
Click on the INSERT button and add Bahamas in the insert window.
Make sure Bahamas is the only zone in this window and that should limit who can process orders to addresses from the Bahamas only. Anyone will be able to create an account but only Bahama addresses will be able to check out.
Next go to MODULES>SHIPPING and install the FLAT RATE shipper.
Set your options for $10 or whatever you want and turn off (REMOVE) all other options.
That should do it.
I'm not sure if this is the only way or even the correct way of doing this but it worked for me.
