How do I make the image boxes auto resize?:huh:

Maybe this is a universal thing for my site because not all the windows auto resize.:unsure:

do you mean the thumbnail window or the additional images in the body?

I admin section for the lightbox are the setting to set how you want it to behave...also the settings for the image sizes are in the config section

as for the ones in the body of the product page...I have no clue since it has only worked on the thumbs for me

The lighbox feature works great for my additional images, but it doesn't work for the main product image on the product info page such as this http://kirwindesigns.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=94 is there a setting somewhere in admin? I'm using 1.3.8 and the current version of lightbox.

well, I followed your link and sure enough the thumb opens up tio the product page...lightbox works on your bottom image ( I am so jealous cause mine doesn't) but

when i clicked the thumbnail I did get the popup window showing the larger image.

did I click the wrong one? *EDITED, cause I am an idiot lol

I went back again and I see what you mean. It gives the normal popup I also noticed that when the additional images are in the lightbox they do not close unless you click the close link...not by using it or clicking the image.

Actually it does it with all the products. It will open up the main image in the pop up but all the additional images in lightbox. I wanted all the images to open up in lightbox. and looking at the source code it does say the javscript popup window. but how do i change that without having to go to each product.

other than the things i indicated in red we both are basically with the "out of the box" settings so not sure what goes on. I have looked in the other categories of the config menu but did not see anything for lightbox, but then after a bit they all tend to run together and i miss seeing them.

only thing i can think of is unzip the original zip and then go hunting on your server.

check all the folders to ensure everything got uploaded to its proper place and then look at the readme.html for more instructions inside it

well it's working now, I did look at the source and noticed that the module I need to look at is
tpl_modules_main_product_image.php. So I deleted the copy on the server and uploaded a clean one and now it's working for all of the images. hope this helps anyone else.

so glad you found a solution I will replace mine too and hopefully it will work proper but who knows

I have installed ttp-tabs also. When I activate the tabs, the main-image shows double.

When I disable the ttp-tabs it works great...no double-images. What makes ttp-tabs the main-image showing twice?

Hiya, I've got Zen Lightbox 1.5 working brilliantly in IE, but for some reason it doesn't work in Firefox, it just shows the first image over and over, please have a look to see what I mean:

Any ideas why it is doing this and how to fix it? I have a feeling it might be the way my image files are named, but I could really do without having to rename thousands of images. If it works fine in IE there must be some way to get it working in Firefox?

I love the lightbox and didnt have any issues until i install the Tabbed Products Pro package from this link:

Now instead of appearing in a lightbox or a java box it brings up a new page. if anyone could help me figure out the conflict between the two that would great.

I recently updated to Zen Cart 1.3.8a, and also Zen Lightbox 1.5 from 1.4. I have several other websites on the same server also running the same configuration and no issues. For some strange reason, I cannot get lightbox to work on this website. It just opens the images in the browser window without Lightbox. Any ideas? I have gone through this multiple times for a week now with no luck, reinstalled 5 times, etc.

Hi Guys Im having problems with this module similar to the problem posted by Treasuresbycaz at this post; http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?p=751421&highlight=image+problem#post751421 I have reinstalled this about 5x and made sure all files are where they should be but still no joy, have also ran the sql script and able to configure the module. is anyone able to help, the site in question is fremson.com

Instead of opening a lightbox it shows the large picture in a new page. Any ideas where to start?

I am having a problem getting the sql stuff to import into the database.

I keep getting this error message.

1146 Table 'lingerie_zc1.configuration_group' doesn't exist
in:

I have tried to play around with it by adding my database prefix 'zen_' to the table names, and when I do I still get 4 statements not importing to the database.

Any ideas, or even if someone know where I need to add my database prefix. I have tried a few combinations and still no joy.

I have used this before on 1.3.8 about a year ago and it worked fine, still using the same server and same zencart install for other shops.

your has a popup window that appears when hovering...are you sure you are using this lightbox?

If so then make sure all files from previous version are out of the server...open old lightbox and compare folders one by one and get rid of all lightbox items

then open the new lightbox and upload the files from it to the proper folders.

check admin to make sure you do not have more than one entry there for lightbox, if you do then you did not remove the previous version and will need to start from scratch with it.
