UPS Problem

I have searched and for the life of me I cannot get this one...

I have a client who ships rather weighty items frequently. He is running version 1.3.5 and has the follow shipping options setup :

Country of Origin United States
Postal Code 68935
Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship 999999
Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight 0:3
Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight 10:0
Display Number of Boxes and Weight Status 3
Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status 0
Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart 1

When any item reaches 147# in the order though - UPS no longer obtains a quote and is no longer available as a shipping option.

This client had no problems with these types of orders before using zen 1.2.3 ( his last upgrade before I brought it current ). Is this a change in Zen ? In UPS ? a setting I need to change ? Help !!

Set the maximum to 150 ...

The maximum and tare cannot exceed 150 ...

Then Zen Cart gets the break down on 150 lb boxes to build the Shipping Costs ...

The UPS server goes to 150 ... I am not sure the limit of the UPS XML server ...

Note: 147 + 3 = 150 ...

yup had that part figured out already ;)

I tested it at 150 and it worked :

Total Items: 16 Weight: 2368lbs

And it estimates the shipping. Before that order was showing no UPS Rate avail :no:

Right ... that was for breaking the 150 barrier ...

You can make all the 150 boxes you want ...

Just make sure the numbers work ...
